§ 2. Definition.

As used in this Act, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(1)

"Authority" shall mean the Screven County Industrial Development Authority created hereby.

(2)

"Project" shall mean an industrial building which shall include such lands, fixtures, machineries, and accessories as will create a plant for the particular purpose of manufacturing or processing.

(3)

"Bonds", "Revenue Bonds", or "Revenue Anticipation Certificates" shall mean obligations issued under the provisions of the "Revenue Certificate Law of 1937" (1937 Ga. Laws, page 761), as amended.
