§ 6-36. Wholesale sales by farm wineries.

Pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 3-6-40, the distributing and selling of wine by a farm winery (as defined in O.C.G.A. § 3-6-21.1) at wholesale is permitted in Screven County, provided, however, that each such entity shall first obtain a Wholesale distributor's License. The fee for such license shall be the same as for private and club sales as set out in Code section 6-66(b).
