§ 6-35. Farm wineries.

  • The establishment and operation of a farm winery, as defined and permitted in O.C.G.A. § 3-6-21.1, et. seq., is permitted in the county and, except where in conflict with state law, the provisions of this Code regarding regulation, licenses and fees shall apply, provided, however, that the license fee for a farm winery shall be the same as that established for a restaurant. Farm wineries operated in accordance with the provisions of applicable state law shall not be subject to the licensing standards set forth in section 6-63 of this chapter.
