§ 38-151. Enforcement.

For the limited purposes of enforcement of this article, the agent of the Screven County Board of Health charged with enforcing the statute and regulations is hereby designated a code enforcement officer and may, in addition to such other remedies as may be provided by the statutes and the regulations, charge violations of the statute or regulations as violations of this Code to be disposed of in the manner provided for other violations of the Code.
