The provisions of Title 12, Chapter 8, Article 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, known as 'Georgia Comprehensive Solid
Waste Management Act,' as amended, and Section 31-2-7, adopting statewide regulations
for on-site sewage systems (the "statutes"), and the regulations adopted by the Georgia
Department of Human Resources pursuant to those statutes (the "regulations"), as amended,
are adopted herein and made a part of this Code by reference.
