§ 6-72. Criminal penalties.

(a)

A copy of the citation issued as provided in section 6-71 shall also be forwarded to the municipal court for disposition of charges of violation of the criminal provisions of this article.

(b)

Any person violating any provision of this article, in addition to suspension or revocation, shall be subject to criminal penalties as provided in section 1-11.
