§ 6-70. Business subject to inspection.

  • Businesses operating under a license issued pursuant to this article shall prominently display the license at all times and shall be subject to periodic, unscheduled inspection by officers and agents of the county. Restaurants and private clubs authorized to sell any malt beverage or wine for consumption on the premises are solely responsible for monitoring the consumption by patrons, members or customers and shall be specifically liable for violations of the provisions of Title 3 of the Code of Georgia Annotated, including, but not limited to Chapter 3, Article 2 of Title 3. Violations of the Georgia Code constitute violations of this article and, in addition to penalties imposed by state law, penalties imposed by this Code may also be imposed.
