§ 66-260. Generally.

  • This article provides the specifications for major and minor development plans. No application for development plan, for either a major development or minor development, shall be considered complete, and no approval shall be granted, unless the plan is in compliance with this article. In addition, the zoning administrator may require specific information specified in section 66-151, "Sketch plan," and/or section 66-152, "Preliminary plat" be shown on development plans or as a part of a development plan application, when such information is considered essential to review the plan for compliance with this chapter and the county zoning ordinance. Minor developments shall not require review by the planning commission and shall be administratively processed.
