§ 66-43. Meetings.

The planning commission shall hold regular meetings at least once per month at a designated place, day and time determined by the planning commission. A notice and agenda of each meeting shall be given to each member one week in advance. Special meetings may be called by the chairman upon 24 hours' notice, posted and delivered to all members and local news media. Meetings shall be held at the place stated in the notices, and all meetings shall be open to the general public. All meetings shall conform with the requirements of the Open and Public Meetings Law of Georgia (O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq.).
