§ 62-75. Placement of items other than household garbage in dumpsters.

Latest version.

It shall further be unlawful for any person to place items other than household garbage into any dumpster or similar receptacle. It shall be unlawful for any person to place any yard trimmings in any dumpster or similar receptacle.
