§ 62-71. Scavenging and littering prohibited generally.

It is hereby deemed to be beneficial to the health and public welfare of the citizens of the county to prohibit the practice of scavenging in the garbage receptacles commonly known as dumpsters. It is also beneficial to prohibit any littering (as defined in state law) or the placing of any items outside the dumpsters.
