§ 62-38. Penalties for violation of article.

Violations of sections 62-35 and 62-37 of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor offense punishable upon a citation or warrant filed with the magistrate court of the county as provided by state law governing the prosecution of violations of county ordinances. In addition to such other means of enforcement or penalties as may be provided by law, any person who violates this article or fails to comply with any of its requirements or attempts to evade the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-11.
