§ 42-10. Medical hardship occupancy.

Manufactured homes not otherwise allowed in this chapter may be allowed as a variance upon approval of the planning and zoning commission upon proof of a bona fide medical hardship need for such an arrangement, subject to such reasonable conditions as may be required by the planning and zoning commission.
