§ 42-1. Purpose of chapter.

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth requirements from the date of its approval for placement of manufactured homes or recreational vehicles in the county. These requirements include, among other things, the acquisition of a manufactured home placement permit, sanitary permit, tiedowns, connection to electrical, water, and wastewater systems, and annual manufactured home tax decal.
