§ 14-31. Statement of intention to enforce the mandatory state minimum standards for construction.

It is the intent of the board of commissioners to enforce the latest edition of the following state minimum standard codes, as adopted and amended by the state department of community affairs:

Standard Plumbing Code

(5)

National Electrical Code

(6)

Standard Fire Prevention Code

CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code

Georgia State Energy Code (CABO Model Energy Code)
