§ 417. Fees.

The following fees shall be assessed:

A.	Certificate of occupancy	$N/C
B.	Appeal from action of zoning administrator	100.00
C.	Variance	75.00
D.	Conditional use	100.00
E.	Rezone (amendments to map or text)	150.00
F.	Sign permit	100.00
G.	Soil erosion and sediment control	25.00, plus 1.00 for each acre over five acres
H.	Reinspection fees:	Available from zoning office.
I.	After-the-fact permit:	Available from zoning office.
J.	Fees for copies of zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, and maps are available at the Screven County Zoning Office.
K.	Fees for building permits:	Available from zoning office.
